Friday Finds

This week I have only one find to share with you but it is the ultimate winter find.

Have you ever had a cold? Of course you have! We all have had a bad cold or two in our lives. You know that absolutely terrible feeling when the skin under your nose gets red and raw because you’ve been blowing it and wiping at it too much? TMI, I know, but I only ask because I have found the holy grail of moisturizers for that irritated, damaged skin. And this big tub only costs about $30!

At night I scoop out this thick mixture and warm it up between my fingers. Then I apply a generous layer wherever the skin is hurting. The next morning the skin is smooth, soothed and healed. I then apply a thinner layer in the morning under my makeup to keep protecting my skin throughout the day.

This is also great if you’ve been out in the cold and you get chapped skin. And you can put it anywhere! It works great for eczema. I even keep a small jar in my purse on the really cold days. And it always has a place in my carry on when I travel. It is a lifesaver! And because a little goes a long way, this jar will last forever.

So this winter do yourself a huge favor and pick this up for your medicine cabinet. You will not regret it!

What are some of your favorite products that keep you going all season long?

My go-to’s are chapstick and Vaseline. I can get through any season as long as I have those two with me! I haven’t heard of this product though – so I’ll have to go try it out. And who knows? Maybe I’ll fall in love with it as well!

Those are two good ones too! I don’t go anywhere without some chapstick and Vaseline is such a great go-to for everything! I encourage you to check out the moisturizer. It has really saved me! Thanks for stopping by!

I like that this product is specifically for the ‘face and elsewhere’. I feel like I’m always having to buy different products for my face, so it’s nice that this can be used anywhere!
