2021 Halloween Costume Reveal!

Happy Halloween from Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Mini Minnie Mouse!

Arielle is obsessed with Mickey so it only made sense to embrace her fandom for our family Halloween costume this year.

Obviously, she was thrilled to see Alex in his costume. She also loves Minnie so it only made sense for me to dress up as Mickey’s girlfriend (Wife? Partner? Did they ever put a label on it or are Mickey and Minnie one of those progressive couples?). And while my original idea was to dress her as Pluto, I decided to give her a choice of what member of the gang she wanted to be and she said Minnie – so Mini Minnie was our compromise!

I’m really thrilled with how our costumes came out. While we didn’t buy “official costumes,” we assembled them from pieces that we’ll be able to wear again and again … well, maybe not Alex! You can shop the pieces below in case you want to get ready for next year.
