We dove headfirst into the rebellious heart of Boston at the utterly fabulous Boston Tea Party Museum! @bostonteapartyships

From plotting treason in the Meeting House to actually tossing tea into the harbor (oh yes, we did!), this immersive experience is an absolute must.

What else for a family of Disney devotees than a trip to @showcaseus to see the dazzling new Snow White?

We indulged like queens at the concession stand (those exclusive popcorn buckets are everything, darlings!) and little Arielle was living her absolute best life with snacks galore in her plush lounge chair, celebrating her fabulous auntie.

The film? A divine update on a classic!

And yes, Arielle insisted Mummy wear the crown post-movie – too fun!

You simply must catch Snow White at Showcase! ✨

Stepped into the vibrant world of Van Gogh at the @mfaboston (sponsored by @bankofamerica) and oh my, what an absolute dream! 🖼️

From seeing the iconic Roulin portraits up close to feeling the famous brushstrokes in the incredible interactive kids’ section (genius!), it was the perfect stylish day date. Little Miss adored coloring her own postcard – such a sweet nod to Postman Roulin! 💌

If you’re looking for a dose of inspiration and beauty, you simply must catch this exhibition. Seeing masterpieces loaned from Paris, Amsterdam, and New York right here in Boston? Magnifique!

Sometimes, even when life looks good on paper, the shadows creep in. 😔

Yeah, I’ve got the amazing husband, the two beautiful, kind little girls, a great family, and opportunities that most would dream of. But honestly? Some days, the depression and anxiety hit like a ton of bricks. I get lost in online rabbit holes, or find myself paralyzed by procrastination. It’s like my brain is stuck in quicksand.

I know, I know. “You’re so blessed!” And I am. Beyond grateful. But mental health doesn’t care about your blessings. It just… is. And it’s hard when you feel like you’re constantly chasing that “something more,” just like my inner Little Mermaid, instead of being present in the beautiful “now.” 🧜‍♀️

Today feels particularly heavy. Maybe it’s the April 1st realization that Q1 goals didn’t pan out. (Thanks, Mom, for reminding me to focus forward, not back! ❤️) Or maybe it’s watching Arielle grow up way too fast, knowing kindergarten is around the corner, and feeling like I’m losing time I can’t get back. And then there’s Aurora, and the lingering guilt of missing her first year due to PPD. I’m trying so hard to build those memories now, but the past still stings.

And let’s be real, the creator life isn’t always glamorous. 💻 It’s hours of work, often for little reward, and constantly feeling like you’re not doing enough. The “free” opportunities that cost you time, effort and money. The lack of engagement. It’s discouraging.

This isn’t a pity party, I promise. It’s a reminder that we’re all human. Even when we look like we have it all together, we’re fighting battles no one else sees. I want my girls to know that life isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. That it’s okay to struggle. That it’s okay to not be okay. I don’t want them to feel as isolated as I sometimes do.

So, let’s be kind to each other. Especially now. You never know what someone is going through. And remember, it’s okay to acknowledge your feelings, even when life seems “perfect.” ❤️
