Proof that you can mix a little historic glamour with a lot of motherhood. 🥂🏙️

Taking the girls to the top of the Empire State Building was equal parts chaos and absolute magic. We traded the downtown pavement for gilded ceilings, 360-degree views, and that irreplaceable look of awe when they finally saw the skyline stretch out in front of them. Family travel doesn’t mean leaving your style—or your sense of adventure—at home. It just means you get to share the top of the world with your favorite people.

Have you taken your kids to the top yet? Save this for your next NYC itinerary and let me know your favorite spot in the city below! 👇

They write songs about working 9 to 5, but nobody quite prepares you for the 24/7 rhythm of raising little girls—the quiet moments of grace, the loud bursts of laughter, and the way they teach you all over again how to see the magic in the everyday.

Falling right on Dolly Parton Day, celebrating National Daughters Day feels like a quiet nod to every woman who pours her entire soul into building a beautiful life.

To my girls: May you always know your own strength, keep a little bit of sparkle in your back pocket, and dance like the whole world is yours.

“Stop callin’, stop callin’, I don’t wanna think anymore…” ☎️✨

In honor of Mother Monster herself hitting a major new chapter, consider this my official public service announcement: if you thought stadium tours, runway moments, and high-fashion quick changes were intense… get ready for what’s to come.

Welcome to the ultimate world tour: motherhood.
The riders are just crushed snacks and juice boxes, the call times are 5:30 AM sharp, and your wardrobe pivots from tulle and sparkle straight to high-speed toddler chasing—sometimes all in the same afternoon. You think you know busy, and then suddenly you’re juggling rehearsals, subway rides, and dance parties in grand ballrooms with two tiny VIPs running the whole show.

The chaos is real, the glam is elevated survival, and the schedule never stops ringing. But every single mad dash? A million percent worth it.

Because performing on any stage is magic, but having your babies look up at you like you hung the moon? That’s the only gig that truly makes me feel like a rock star every single day. ⚡️💖

Raise your champagne coupe (or third cup of espresso) to the wildest, most beautiful show on earth. 🥂

Fellow mamas: on a scale of “silent phone booth moment” to “full stadium chaos,” where does your day fall right now? Drop it below! 👇✨

✨ Introducing Arielle to MoMA was everything I hop

✨ Introducing Arielle to MoMA was everything I hoped it would be and more. Watching her tiny silhouette in front of Jackson Pollock’s rebellious splatters and seeing the sheer wonder in her eyes at Starry Night completely melted me.

If you’re on the fence about bringing kids to an art museum, take this as your sign to just do it. It doesn’t have to be stuffy, and you don’t need to be an art critic. MoMA is a total playground for curious little minds (and a gorgeous, concrete sanctuary for the rest of us). Toss on your best sneakers, grab their hand, and go find some magic. 🗽🎨🥂

What was the first iconic piece of art you ever saw in person? Tell me below! 👇

There’s a rumor floating around that once you’ve lived somewhere long enough, you hit a ceiling. You’ve seen it, done it, and bought the vintage t-shirt. But darling, New York City didn’t get that memo.

I spent two glorious, gritty, caffeine-fueled years living in this concrete jungle during college. Last year, when we visited, I played tour guide—showing my daughters the city I knew, the spots that held my memories. It was pure, beautiful nostalgia. But one of the best things about NYC is the juxtaposition: centuries-old institutions stand shoulder-to-shoulder with brilliant spots that literally opened yesterday.

This past trip, we flipped the script. I realized that amidst the familiar streets, there was still an entirely new city waiting for me.

Cue the firsts. We swapped my usual downtown haunts for sky-high views on the 102nd floor of the Empire State Building and suspended ourselves above the skyline at The Edge. We traded pavement for water, steering toy motorboats in Central Park, and swapped standard coffee runs for proper high Tea at The Plaza and sugary perfection with Dominique Ansel’s legendary Cronuts. We spun under the lights of the SeaGlass Carousel, dove headfirst into the pink wonderland at the Museum of Ice Cream, and ate our weight in absolute NYC royalty—Katz’s Deli and John’s of Bleecker Street.

It is a thrill to realize a city you thought you knew so intimately can still keep you on your toes. But the absolute best “first” of the trip? That undeniable, sparkling realization that I’ve successfully turned my girls into aspiring New Yorkers.
And honestly? I’m feeling pretty damn good about that. 🥂🚕✨

What is your favorite NYC spot that never gets old?
