A year since we lost Nunny. 🩷 In November I go

A year since we lost Nunny. 🩷

In November I got a tattoo of her signature taken from one of the many cards she sent me over the years.

On my arm it now says, “Je t’aime, Your Nunny”.

This meant the world to me because when she said she was “yours” she meant it. She could make you feel as if you were the most important person in the room. She just had that magic about her.

She never judged. She never looked down on anyone. She never said, “I told you so.”

She was pure love.

And while time will continue to help us to heal slowly, there will still be that part of me that will always yearn to hear her voice, feel her hugs, see her smile.

But I take comfort in knowing that while I can’t see her, she’s always with me.

She’ll always be my Nunny.
