I have no idea when it became an official thing, but I’ve always celebrated Galentine’s Day. To this day my mom gives my sister and me small Valentines, as well as her best gals. So as I got older, I always gave gifts to my favorite women for the holiday. It wasn’t until last year that I was told by a friend that February 13th had been designated as Galentine’s Day!
