Arielle’s Boo Basket 2022

Last year I discovered the tradition of the Boo Basket thanks to the amazing Sierra Miller (seriously, if you have kids and you don’t follow her on IG, you’re missing out). If you haven’t heard of the Boo Basket, basically it’s like a Christmas stocking, but for Halloween. It’s filled with small toys and treats all themed to the spooky season and is usually given at the beginning of October. You can check out last year’s Boo Basket here. This year’s Boo Basket was a mix of Dollar Tree finds, Target wins, and Home Goods treasure. I found this adorable pink and black bat basket at Home Goods and cannot find anything similar online. However, I do love this personalized version from Pottery Barn Kids. One of the best things you can do with the boo basket is to reuse it as a Trick or Treat bag!

Arielle loves having her dinner on her new Minnie Mouse Halloween bamboo plate set (similar found here). She uses her kitty treat cup that I found at Target for snacks at school.

I love that brands are releasing more items themed to Dias de los Muertos and though I grabbed this sugar skull fan at The Dollar Tree, you can find something similar at Party City. She has also acquired a taste for lollipops so I knew I had to pick up this Day of the Dead Skull Pop-Ups Lollipop holder, in pink of course! You can grab a twelve pack at Walmart which would make for great Halloween party favors.

I also nabbed these spiderweb Minnie Ears for a steal at Home Goods and she wears them all the time. I may have to pick up these adorable M i nnie Ears for next year’s basket!

She has almost filled her Mickey Mouse Halloween coloring book from Dollar Tree and whenever I give her a new coloring book, I break down and get more crayons. Crayola’s glitter crayons have been a favorite!
