Summer Beauty for On The Go

Last year I shared my favorite products to keep your skin protected and hydrated during the summer months. This year I’m approaching it from more of a “going out” summer look because (woohoo!) we’re finally able to go out again! These are also products that I use when I’m traveling to shorten up my beauty routine. Here are my favorite summer beauty products and how I use them to create my summer glow on the go!

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer

With the exception of big events, I trade in my favorite foundation for this sheer tinted moisturizer that has buildable coverage and has a slightly dewy (read: not oily) finish.

Tom Ford Cream & Powder Eye Shadow Duo

I love this cream and powder eye shadow duo. I use my finger to apply the cream shadow to my lid and then smudge the powder shade into the crease. Voila! A summer smokey eye.

Anastasia Beverly Hills DipBrow Gel & Brow Wiz

Since I have very light eyebrows, my brow game doesn’t change during the summer. I fill in my arches with this double-ended pencil and then I keep them in place with the matching gel.

BareMinerals Mineralist Hydra-Smoothing Lipstick

If I’m going to an event, I love a liquid lipstick because it stays locked in place. But they can feel a bit suffocating to the skin in the heat. So I love this hydrating lipstick that has fantastic color payoff.

Nars Creamy Concealer

For the days that I haven’t been getting enough sleep which, I have a 2-year-old so that is often, I use this concealer under my eyes and on any blemishes that pop up and I just blend it well.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil

I line my eyes with this brownish-red eye pencil both along the top lash line and then just on the outer corner of the bottom lash line. Then I use a smudge brush to blend it in, then I reline just the top lash line to really define my eye.

Nars Orgasm Liquid Blush & Rare Stay Vulnerable Melting Cream Blush

I switch to cream blushes in the summer because I find that they just melt into my skin and give me that real glow. While both my favorite products are discontinued, I found similar ones for you to shop!
