Can you believe it’s almost Easter? I don’t know how the first few months of the year passed by so quickly. Easter has actually never been a big holiday for me. But last year, it took on a new meaning as it was our first Easter with Arielle. I put together her first Easter basket and I had so much fun! Now that she is running around, I am enjoying the holiday traditions that much more. Here is what’s in my toddler’s Easter basket.
Well first off, you have to start with the actual basket. I love this adorable bunny basket. It’s a bit on the small side, but I know it’s going to put a smile on Arielle’s face come Easter morning. The large chocolate egg was a Homegoods find and it is so pretty!
Behind all the candy is a children’s book featuring Olaf, Arielle’s current favorite character. She cannot get enough of the Frozen films and has her own plush Olaf doll that she sleeps with every night.
I found this cute chick at the Peabody Essex Musuem when I viewed the Made It exhibit. But I found these wind up ones on Amazon that are just as sweet.
The bunny pops were another Homegoods purchase and are just so fun peeking out of the basket. You can find similar bunny and carrot pops on Amazon.
And what Easter basket is complete without a plush bunny? I just love how soft this little guy is.
For fun, I threw in some cat sunglasses that come with a matching case. Arielle still isn’t a fan of wearing sunglasses, but she squints so much in the car that I’m hoping I can coax her to remedy the situation with this cute pair.
And finally, some chocolate coins and a gift card that reads, “Some Bunny Loves You” completes Arielle’s Easter Basket!
I’m thrilled about how it came together and I really can’t wait to see how my little bunny tears through it on Easter morning.
What are you putting in your Easter Baskets this year?
